Travel Pharmacist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide Long Term Care pharmacy services in Waseca, MN. This travel assignment offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in a dedicated setting supporting patient health and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive Long Term Care pharmacist duties, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care plans
• Assist with immunizations as needed, maintaining certification standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Current pharmacist license
• Long Term Care experience highly desirable
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification strongly preferred
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus

Schedule and Duration:

• 13+ week travel assignment
• 24-40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Some weekend shifts required
