Retail LTC Pharmacist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

A specialized opportunity is available for a pharmacist to contribute expertise in both retail and long-term care settings at a specialty pharmacy. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic environment that values comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Job Type: Contract (8+ weeks)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• 30-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical services in a combined retail and long-term care setting
• Ensure accurate dispensing and counseling for medications
• Manage and support long-term care pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy best practices

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Minnesota
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
• Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy practices
