A specialized compounding pharmacy requires a Per Diem Pharmacist for a one-week assignment to support their weight loss and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy services. This role focuses on providing expert sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification services, ensuring precision and quality in every preparation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Assignment Term: One week of coverage, ideally August 3 7 (alternative weeks may be considered if necessary)

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and verification with strict adherence to protocols

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license required

• Solid understanding of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines
• Preferably experienced with Hormone Replacement Therapy
