Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Santa Ana, CA

A leading 500-bed medical center in Visalia, CA, is seeking two skilled travel pharmacists to support their progressive inpatient pharmacy department. This opportunity offers experience in a dynamic setting with a focus on high-quality patient care and advanced pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing inpatient order verification accurately and efficiently
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and safety standards
• Conducting pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosage adjustments as needed
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Utilizing Cerner pharmacy information systems for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Active CA Pharmacist license required
• Previous inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner systems highly desirable
• Full-time availability with flexibility for variable day and afternoon shifts
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule and Location:

• Travel position based in Visalia, CA
• 13 weeks plus duration
• Variable days and afternoon shifts, 10-hour shifts
