PRN Pharmacist Seymour, IN

RPh on the Go is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to support a federally qualified health center (FQHC) and 340B pharmacy. This role focuses on safe dispensing, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care.

Position Details:

  • Location: Seymour, IN

  • Dates: October 59

  • Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM

  • Lunch: 12:00 PM1:00 PM daily

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately.

  • Manage medication inventory, ordering, storage, and expiration dates.

  • Maintain accurate patient, inventory, and insurance records.

  • Address patient questions and provide telepharmacy support as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana pharmacist license and immunization certification.

  • Resume, skills checklist, and references required.

  • Liberty RX experience preferred.

  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
