A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced pharmacist skilled in sterile compounding to ensure the accurate preparation and verification of IV medications. This full-time role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in sterile preparations within a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Compound IV medications and other sterile products following established pharmacy policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards for sterile preparation and handling

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in sterile compounding of intravenous medications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
