Hospital Pharmacist - Staunton, VA

This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with hospital experience who holds a valid Virginia license. The position is based in a 200-bed community hospital in Fishersville, VA, and requires flexibility to work variable days and afternoons, including a mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts. The assignment begins ASAP and is expected to last for 13 weeks or more.

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and consulting with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal medication therapy and patient care. Familiarity with hospital IT systems such as EPIC and Pyxis is important for success in this role.
