An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist with experience in long-term care pharmacy. This contract position is based in Stoughton, WI, and spans 13 weeks with two assignments available. The role requires a Wisconsin pharmacy license and proficiency in QS1 order entry system.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Rotating weekends

Responsibilities include reviewing and dispensing medications accurately within a long-term care specialty environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin pharmacy license
  • Experience working in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
  • Familiarity and proven skills using the QS1 pharmacy management system
