Hospital Pharmacist | Stratford, Wisconsin

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Pharmacist role within a hospital setting, located in Stratford, WI. The position is a contract assignment with a duration of 13 weeks or more, starting as soon as possible. The hospital has approximately 250 beds, providing a busy and engaging environment for a pharmacy professional.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and oversee pharmacy operations in a hospital environment.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems including Cerner and Omnicell for medication management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain the Act 10 temporary license.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell systems or a strong ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
