Two exciting pharmacist opportunities are available in Sun Valley, NV, offering a 26-week contract with temp-to-perm preference. Both roles require floating among three medical office locations, providing diverse inpatient and outpatient experience.

Outpatient Pharmacist

• Number of Openings: 4
• Start Date: 11/30/2026
• License: Nevada (NV)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in retail/outpatient pharmacy
• Shift: 8-hour variable shifts, weekdays 8:00 AM7:00 PM, weekends 9:00 AM5:30 PM (no weekends at one facility)
• Floating required across:
  • Ion Medical Offices
  • Fifth Street Medical Offices
  • Del Monte Medical Offices

Clinical Pharmacist

• Number of Openings: 2
• Start Date: 11/30/2026
• License: NV required; PGY1 residency preferred
• Experience: Medication counseling, formulary conversion, new member onboarding, medication reconciliation, medication therapy management (MTM), and experience with Diabetes, COPD, Asthma patients
• Shift: Same variable 8-hour shifts as above, involving weekend coverage at two of the three facilities
• Floating required among the same locations

General Details for Both Roles:

• Position type: Temp to perm (preferred)
• Workweek: 40 hours
• Schedule Accounts for pharmacy hours and weekend coverage specifics, including a 30-minute lunch break on weekends where applicable
• Holiday closures: December 25 and January 1; no additional days off granted
• Location: Medical offices in Sun Valley area with varied schedules ensuring dynamic workdays and comprehensive patient care
