Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders with high accuracy to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient and safe operational flow
• Consulting regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
• Managing intravenous admixture preparation and related quality control processes
• Utilizing Cerner and Omnicell systems for pharmacy operations and patient medication profiles

Desired qualifications:

• Current Texas pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated expertise in IV admixture preparation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills suited for a hospital clinical setting

Schedule and location:
