Inpatient Pharmacist - Torrance, CA

A healthcare organization within a large county health system is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join their inpatient hospital pharmacy team on a contract basis. • Provide clinical support and medication counseling as needed for inpatient care

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist licensure with state-required certifications
• Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings with knowledge of pharmaceutical care standards
