Outpatient Pharmacist | Van Nuys, California

A healthcare system with numerous outpatient clinics and hospitals is seeking a Pharmacist for outpatient pharmacy services. Location:

• Sylmar, CA

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work all shifts, primarily first and second shifts with occasional third shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an outpatient hospital setting
• Ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing
• PGY1 residency completion preferred or approximately 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Ability to pass a competency exam on the first attempt
• Successful completion of Livescan background check
• Willingness to participate in on-site interviews and comply with onboarding procedures
