A Per Diem Pharmacist position is available to support retail and long-term care pharmacy operations in Weatherford, TX. This role requires verifying 150-200 prescriptions daily and administering immunizations in a fast-paced pharmacy setting with strong technician and register support.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and company standards
  • Administer immunizations to eligible patients
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and frontline staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide excellent patient care and counseling on medication use and safety

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Texas Pharmacist license
  • Valid immunization certification
  • Experience in retail pharmacy, including prescription verification
  • Proficient with pharmacy computer systems (Computer Rx preferred)

Schedule:

  • June 18th, 2:00pm - 7:15pm
  • June 19th, 2:00pm - 7:15pm

This per diem opportunity offers professional engagement with a flexible schedule in a supportive pharmacy environment. The role includes competitive compensation in the range of $60-$68 per hour.
