Travel Hospital Pharmacist - West Chester, Ohio

A pharmacist opportunity is available to support a hospital pharmacy team on a 13-week travel assignment starting November 2. Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in an inpatient hospital environment
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly vancomycin, and handle warfarin therapy management
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Utilize electronic medical records, primarily EPIC software, to document and manage medication orders

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management
• Familiarity with EPIC Willow Inpatient system preferred but not required
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
