Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Westerville, OH

An experienced inpatient pharmacist is needed for a travel assignment at one of two hospital sites in North/Central Ohio, located between Cleveland and Columbus. This opportunity involves providing pharmaceutical care to inpatients, supporting clinical teams, and overseeing pharmacy operations in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Location: Travel to Galion or Ontario, OH
Assignment Duration: Approximately 12 weeks, starting ASAP through January 2, 2027
Shift Details: Flexible shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM; work schedule includes every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties, ensuring safe and effective medication management
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee clean room operations
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for medication orders and documentation

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio pharmacist license in hand
• Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Responsible, confident, and kind approach to patient care and team interactions

Hospital Capacity:

• Galion site: 25 beds
• Ontario site: 40 beds
