Travel Hospital Pharmacist | Westerville, Ohio

This opportunity seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting in Westerville, OH. The role involves working 40 hours per week on varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support inpatient pharmacy operations.

Schedule/Hours:

• Varied shifts, typically 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Weekend and evening coverage required

Location:

• Westerville, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and manage inpatient pharmacy operations
• Utilize EMR system EPIC for patient records and medication orders
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing with emphasis on vancomycin
• Oversee warfarin therapy and ensure safe medication management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly vancomycin
• Experience with warfarin management
• Familiarity with EPIC Willow Inpatient EMR preferred but not required
