Travel Hospital Pharmacist | Whitefield, New Hampshire

A Travel Pharmacist position is available in Berlin, NH, offering a rewarding opportunity to provide inpatient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This role supports multiple clinical areas including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and the Emergency Department, requiring a dedicated professional ready to contribute effectively from day one.

Location:

• Berlin, NH

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
• Rotating weekends approximately every third weekend
• Weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.
• Independently manage weekend pharmacy operations, ensuring continuous pharmaceutical support.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams across ICU, L&D, M/S, and ED units.
• Utilize Meditech and Omnicell systems for pharmacy operations and medication management.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong ability to work independently, particularly during weekend shifts.
• Experience with Meditech preferred; familiarity with Omnicell is advantageous.
• New Hampshire temp/fast license eligible candidates preferred.
