LTC Pharmacist | Whitehall, Pennsylvania

Provide essential pharmacy services in a Long-Term Care setting, delivering accurate medication dispensing and support for a temporary assignment throughout September. This role requires a dedicated licensed pharmacist to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating closely with a team of pharmacy professionals.

Shift:

• 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Coverage Dates:

• September 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28, 30 (2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Dispense medications promptly and correctly in a Long-Term Care environment
• Coordinate with pharmacy technicians and staff to maintain smooth daily operations
• Support patient safety initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards
• Perform additional pharmacist duties as necessary to support the team

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous pharmacy experience required; Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems such as QS1 and DocuTrack is highly desirable
• Dependable availability for multiple shifts throughout September
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
