Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Wildorado, TX

This opportunity is for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to support a busy 500-bed hospital with specialized units including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. Located in Lubbock, TX, this travel position offers a demanding but rewarding schedule on a 7-on/7-off night rotation (Wednesday through Tuesday). Candidates open to relocation may also be considered for a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general inpatient pharmacy duties ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications
• Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff in the NICU, Pediatric ICU, and other hospital units
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical recommendations for optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience is highly preferred to meet the demands of this advanced care setting
• Experience with EPIC pharmacy system preferred, especially familiarity with recent conversion from Cerner
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on a night shift rotation

Schedule/Hours:

• 7-on/7-off nights (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)
