A clinical pharmacist position is available in Wilmington, DE, providing essential support for medication management within hospital inpatient settings. This contract role offers an opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire conversion and requires a dedicated professional with a Delaware pharmacist license.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations to meet medication needs for automated dispensing cabinets across local hospitals
• Initiate daily cartfill processes accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely medication availability and safety
• Utilize pharmacy IT systems, including Cerner and Omnicell, for medication management

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant clinical experience
• Active and current Delaware pharmacist license required
• Experience working in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems is essential
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
