IV Compounding Retail Pharmacist | Winston-Salem, North Carolina

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist role based in Winston-Salem, NC, offering a contract-to-hire position with potential for direct hire after 13 weeks. The role is set within a specialty retail pharmacy environment focusing on both sterile and non-sterile compounding. Pharmacists will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities include facilitating prescription order entry using PK software (similar to QS1), with training provided. The role demands accuracy in dispensing medications, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and supporting sterile and non-sterile compounding processes within the pharmacy.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina pharmacy license is required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years pharmacy experience.
• Experience with sterile compounding is highly desired.
• Experience in non-sterile compounding is advantageous.
• Familiarity with prescription order entry systems; prior experience with PK or QS1 is a plus but candidates will receive training.
