Hospital IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Manager - Ansley, NE

A leadership role is available for a Pharmacy Manager serving as the working Director of Pharmacy in a small critical access hospital with 25 beds. This 13-week contract-to-hire position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no on-call duties. Candidates open to travel are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all pharmacy operations as the working Director of Pharmacy
• Oversee staffing, including direct supervision of two pharmacy technicians
• Perform sterile compounding duties within the pharmacy
• Utilize Paragon for order entry and Pyxis for site automation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including 340B program management as applicable

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven pharmacy supervisory or management experience, ideally within a hospital setting
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in sterile compounding procedures
• Familiarity with 340B program beneficial
• Active Nebraska pharmacy license required
