IV Sterile Compounding Hospital Pharmacy Manager - Ansley, NE

Lead the pharmacy operations at a small critical access hospital serving a close-knit community. This role offers a blend of hands-on sterile compounding work and pharmacy management, reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including staffing and workflow management
• Perform sterile compounding duties ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support and supervise a team of two pharmacy technicians
• Utilize Paragon for order entry and Pyxis for site automation
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize pharmacy services in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Prior pharmacy supervisory or management experience required
• Solid background in inpatient hospital pharmacy practice
• Demonstrated experience with sterile compounding procedures
• Familiarity with 340B pharmacy program is a plus
• Valid Nebraska pharmacy license required

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm
