Looking to step into a pharmacy leadership role? We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to serve as a Working Director of Pharmacy at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Broken Bow, Nebraska. This position offers the chance to lead a small pharmacy team while remaining hands-on with clinical and operational responsibilities.

Schedule
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No on-call

Pharmacy Details
25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Order Entry: Paragon
Automation: Pyxis

Responsibilities
Lead daily pharmacy operations as Director of Pharmacy
Staff the pharmacy and verify medication orders
Perform sterile compounding
Supervise and support two pharmacy technicians
Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee department operations


Requirements
Active Nebraska Pharmacist license
Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Sterile compounding experience
340B experience preferred
