1317 Week Contract | Full-Time | Days (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a 1317 week contract with an inpatient hospital in Montana. This is a leadership opportunity for a pharmacist with strong hospital management experience who can help stabilize pharmacy operations while remaining hands-on with staffing and clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations
Balance administrative duties with staffing responsibilities
Perform sterile compounding as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support pharmacy services across the hospital, infusion center, outpatient services, PACU, and emergency department

Pharmacy Environment
Inpatient Hospital
Order Entry: Meditech
Automation: TouchPoint

Pharmacy Team
Hospital: 6 Pharmacists, 4 Pharmacy Technicians
Infusion Center: 3 Pharmacists, 3 Pharmacy Technicians

Requirements
Active Montana Pharmacist License
Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Pharmacy management and leadership experience
Sterile compounding experience
Ability to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
