Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a productive partnership with the store operations team and communicate company strategies to pharmacy associates.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
  • Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory and work with the District Manager to control costs while meeting customer demand.
  • Align department objectives with key performance metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and offering healthcare counseling.
  • Supervise pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and discipline to foster a high-performing team.
  • Secure the pharmacy department and handle all customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Liaise with physicians and utilize resources to resolve prescription-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized pharmacy environment and prioritize departmental tasks for timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License

Schedule:

  • Bi-weekly hours: 62
  • Shifts vary between 10- to 12-hour shifts (9am7pm, 9am8pm, 8am8pm, or 9am9pm)
  • Variable day and afternoon shifts
