Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration with store operations while promoting associate engagement and conveying company strategy.
• Ensure prescription accuracy through Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance in line with state and federal regulations.
• Manage inventory control and work with district leadership to optimize pharmaceutical stock.
• Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee department performance through measurable objectives tied to key pharmacy metrics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by advising on medication and health issues.
• Supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacists and support personnel; handle training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain strict pharmacy security and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Keep the pharmacy environment organized and support ongoing employee development to enhance performance and control labor costs.
• Prioritize daily tasks such as inventory counts, order management, and customer call-backs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Current immunization license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with retail pharmacy management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Schedule & Location:

• Located in Burnham, PA within a retail setting.
• Bi-weekly hours total 62, with variable shifts typically scheduled as follows: 10-hour shifts: 9am to 7pm 11-hour shifts: 9am to 8pm 12-hour shifts: 8am to 8pm or 9am to 9pm
• Variable day and afternoon schedules, starting as soon as possible.
