This opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) seeking a per diem role in a specialty home infusion pharmacy setting. The position offers a focused morning schedule, allowing for professional contribution while maintaining work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a newly established, low-volume specialty home infusion pharmacy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Maintain the pharmacy license prominently on site.
• Provide leadership and guidance until a permanent candidate is secured.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license required.
• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge.
• Familiarity with home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
