We are seeking a motivated and hands-on General Manager to oversee evening pharmacy operations for a growing healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with leadership experience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or high-volume retail environments who are ready to take the next step in their management career.

No Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician license required.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, team management experience, and a passion for driving efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Team Management
• Oversee daily evening operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, technicians, and inventory personnel
• Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
• Evaluate operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Oversight
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including DEA, HIPAA, and OBOP standards
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Collaborate closely with licensed pharmacists to support compliant pharmacy operations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service outcomes
• Stay current on industry regulations and operational best practices

Qualifications

• 35 years of leadership or management experience required
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, retail management, logistics, or other high-volume operational settings preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and manage operational workflows
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
