Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Columbus, OH

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced professional to manage home infusion pharmacy operations in a direct hire role based in Columbus, OH. This position primarily focuses on overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure the safe delivery of intravenous therapies in home settings.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Flexibility required for on-call administrative duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, and oversee scheduling and recruitment efforts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain high-quality clinical oversight for infusion therapies, aiming to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to budgeting, workflow improvements, and branch performance initiatives to support business goals

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings
• Strong expertise with IV admixture services and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership in managing pharmacy teams
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
