This permanent Retail Pharmacy Manager position offers responsibility for overseeing the procurement and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the pharmacys medication procurement and dispensing processes with strict adherence to federal, state, and facility regulations
• Verifying prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Leading efforts to meet and exceed business goals and operational metrics for the pharmacy
• Overseeing fiscal management, including budgeting and expense control, under the guidance of senior management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacist experience
• Some management or leadership experience preferred but not required
