Schedule & Hours:

  • 62 hours bi-weekly
  • 10-hour shifts (typically 9am 7pm)
  • 11-hour shifts (typically 9am 8pm)
  • 12-hour shifts (either 8am 8pm or 9am 9pm)
  • Variable day and afternoon shifts
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with store operations teams while communicating pharmacy department strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Drive script growth and profitability by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Manage inventory, order pharmaceutical stock as needed, and monitor weekly sales alongside the pharmacy District Manager.
  • Align department performance with key metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, providing training, coaching, and disciplinary oversight.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with physicians and reference materials to resolve prescription-related challenges.
  • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy and prioritize tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls.
  • Support ongoing development of pharmacy personnel to improve performance, reduce turnover, and control labor costs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
