Oversee critical pharmacy operations specializing in home infusion therapies with this direct hire Pharmacy Manager opportunity based in Decatur, GA. Location: Decatur, GA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Flexibility required for administrative on-call duties

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling for pharmacy staff
• Maintain compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding standards
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize infusion therapy outcomes
• Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and overall business strategy

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years combined clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on training and staff development
• Deep understanding of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred
• Willingness to serve in an administrative on-call capacity as needed; routine pharmacist on-call duties rotate among team members
