Oversee the vital operations of a home infusion pharmacy as the Infusion Pharmacy Manager in Dublin, OH. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated pharmacy team delivering safe, home-based intravenous therapies that enhance patient care. With a focus on sterile compounding and regulatory compliance, you will play a pivotal role in managing pharmacy staff, optimizing clinical services, and driving operational excellence.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Schedule flexibility required
  • Administrative on-call duties

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, such as State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes.
  • Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and business strategy initiatives.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
  • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Ohio.
  • 5-7 years experience in clinical and operational roles within home infusion or acute care pharmacy.
  • Proven leadership skills with emphasis on staff training and orientation.
  • Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation.
  • Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in an infusion setting is highly preferred; candidates with specialty pharmacy experience will be considered.
