Retail Pharmacy Manager in Endicott, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative relationship with store operations to engage associates and effectively communicate strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance processes.
• Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage inventory and work closely with the District Manager to balance stock levels with customer demand.
• Align department performance with measurable metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and providing healthcare counseling.
• Supervise and develop pharmacy staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain pharmacy security and oversee regulatory compliance.
• Engage with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription-related inquiries.
• Manage daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory, and customer will-calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current New York Pharmacist License.
• Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred.

Schedule:

• Variable Day/Afternoon shifts.
• Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly.
