• Evening shift: 4:00pm 12:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively, motivate employees, and enhance operational processes.
• Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician licensure is not required.
• Experience in retail or healthcare management is welcome.
