Hospital Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Gorham, New Hampshire

This opportunity offers a leadership role as an Interim Pharmacy Manager within a smaller hospital setting in rural New Hampshire. Reporting directly to the Hospital CEO and system VP of Pharmacy, this position is pivotal in maintaining efficient pharmacy operations and driving key initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Managing staffing needs and ensuring adequate coverage
• Ensuring pharmacy compliance with regulatory requirements as well as HR and budget oversight
• Representing the pharmacy department in meetings with hospital leadership and other stakeholders
• Leading various projects and initiatives to improve pharmacy services
• Supervising a team of 5 full-time pharmacy staff members

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team effectively
• Capacity to obtain a New Hampshire pharmacy license in a timely manner
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
