Lead and manage a dynamic retail pharmacy team in Hazleton, PA, as a Pharmacy Manager dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence. This direct hire opportunity offers varied shifts with a schedule designed to support both work-life balance and department needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with store operations to engage associates and effectively communicate department and corporate strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Drive business growth by managing inventory, promoting clinical programs including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and maximizing profitability.
• Align pharmacy operations with performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacists, associates, and support staff, fostering professional development and maintaining department security.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints to build trust and loyalty.
• Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Oversee pharmacy cleanliness, organization, and task prioritization including inventory management and customer will-calls.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred.

Schedule & Hours:

• Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly.
• 10-hour shifts: typically 9 AM to 7 PM.
• 11-hour shifts: typically 9 AM to 8 PM.
• 12-hour shifts: either 8 AM to 8 PM or 9 AM to 9 PM.
• Variable day and afternoon shifts.
