Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Lawrenceville, GA

This role manages all aspects of a home infusion pharmacy, overseeing daily operations and clinical services to ensure safe, effective intravenous therapies delivered in patients homes. You will lead sterile compounding activities, supervise pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and help drive branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate pharmacists and technicians; coordinate on-call scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements including State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> compounding guidelines.
• Collaborate clinically with physicians and nurses to optimize home infusion therapy outcomes.
• Support branch budgeting, workflow improvements, and business initiatives.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy.
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership abilities managing pharmacy teams.
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred.
• Willingness to participate in administrative on-call duties as part of a pharmacist rotation.
