A retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations and drive business growth in a dynamic store environment. Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Schedule / Hours:

• 69 hours bi-weekly
• Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am7pm), 11-hour (9am8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am8pm or 9am9pm)
  Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative partnership with the store operations team and engage pharmacy associates with clear communication of departmental and company strategies
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in prescription processing through Drug Utilization Review and final quality checks
• Lead growth initiatives including clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Manage inventory effectively by tracking sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock that meets customer demand and maximizes profitability
• Align team performance to key department metrics focused on effectiveness and efficiency
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff by providing training, coaching, and discipline as needed
• Maintain security standards within the pharmacy department
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and counseling to enhance trust and customer loyalty
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and utilize resources for prescription accuracy and resolution of issues
• Oversee pharmacy cleanliness, task prioritization, and completion of operational duties such as cycle counts and will-call management

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
