Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Lead and mentor pharmacists and technicians through recruitment, training, performance reviews, and on-call scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards such as State Boards of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> compounding guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to maintain clinical excellence in infusion therapy protocols and optimize patient care.
• Drive branch-level budgeting, workflow optimizations, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Support an administrative on-call role as needed, with a pharmacist team sharing regular on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license within the state of practice.
• 57 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards.
• Proven leadership skills managing multidisciplinary pharmacy teams.
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems highly preferred.
