Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience; experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or retail operations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and enhance operational workflows.
• No requirement for Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• Open to candidates with managerial experience in retail and/or healthcare settings.
