Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Norcross, GA

Lead operations and clinical services focused on home-based intravenous therapies by managing a fast-paced home infusion pharmacy. This leadership role ensures safe sterile compounding, regulatory compliance, team performance, and branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians; handle recruitment, training, evaluations, and scheduling.
• Ensure strict compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding standards.
• Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy patient outcomes.
• Participate in business strategies including budgeting, workflow improvement, and performance tracking.
• Support administrative on-call duties as needed; pharmacist team shares regular on-call rotations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• 57 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
• In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred.
