Inpatient IV Sterile Compounding Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Oconto, Nebraska

This role offers the opportunity to serve as Pharmacy Manager at a small critical access hospital with 25 beds, providing leadership and oversight to pharmacy operations in a close-knit healthcare setting. You will function as the working Director of Pharmacy, managing day-to-day activities, staffing, and sterile compounding while supporting two pharmacy technicians. The facility utilizes Paragon for order entry and Pyxis for site automation, supporting efficient workflow.

• Oconto, Nebraska

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Contract Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations and oversee staffing
• Perform sterile compounding duties following regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality inpatient pharmacy services
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide leadership to the team
• Utilize Paragon and Pyxis technologies for order entry and medication dispensing
• Support compliance initiatives, including those related to 340B program (experience helpful)
