Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with store operations to foster associate engagement and communicate departmental and company strategies.
• Ensure all prescriptions are accurately filled and comply with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks.
• Drive business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage pharmacy inventory in partnership with the district manager to meet customer demand and optimize profitability.
• Align team performance to key department metrics, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent customer service and healthcare counseling while handling and resolving customer concerns to build loyalty.
• Supervise, train, coach, and manage pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness, oversee task prioritization, and ensure timely completion of pharmacy department duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
