Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in Westerville, OH
Lead pharmacy operations and clinical services focused on home-based intravenous therapies in a direct hire role in Westerville, OH. This position offers the opportunity to manage a specialized infusion pharmacy team, ensuring the safe delivery of sterile compounded medications and compliance with regulatory standards, while contributing to branch growth and efficiency.
Location: Westerville, OH
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with administrative on-call responsibilities and schedule flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
- Supervise pharmacists and technicians, managing recruitment, training, staff orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy regulations, USP <797/800> compounding guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize infusion therapy outcomes and provide expert clinical guidance.
- Support branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Ohio pharmacist license.
- Minimum 5 years clinical and operational experience, preferably in home infusion or acute care settings.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy staff and training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation requirements.
- Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred.
