Oversee critical pharmacy operations focused on delivering safe, home-based intravenous therapies as the Infusion Pharmacy Manager in Westerville, OH. Location: Westerville, OH
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Must have schedule flexibility with administrative on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians, managing recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and on-call schedules.
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> compounding guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes through clinical oversight.
• Support branch profitability through budget participation, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 5 years experience in clinical and operational roles within home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
• Proven expertise in sterile compounding and IV admixture services.
• Strong leadership experience with pharmacy teams, including hiring and training.
• Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend systems is highly preferred.
