RPh on the Go is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift General Manager for a growing pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader with a background in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or high-volume retail management. 

Schedule:

13 week contract to permanent 
Shift: Monday through Friday 2nd Shift
Hours: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Position Overview:

The General Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and help drive operational efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow management
  • Lead and support pharmacists, technicians, and inventory staff
  • Schedule staff and monitor productivity
  • Develop and improve operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with DEA, HIPAA, OBOP, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and support quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster a positive and accountable team environment

Requirements:

  • 35 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or retail operations
  • Experience managing teams and improving operational performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
