Per Diem Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Technician | Arvada, Colorado

Seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for per diem shifts supporting a Behavioral Health environment. This opportunity extends through the end of December with potential for future coverage dates into 2026. The position is ideal for a local professional licensed in Colorado, eager to contribute expertise in inpatient hospital pharmacy settings.

Location: Arvada, CO
Schedule:

• Nov 24, 25: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Dec 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• One additional week TBD
• Open availability considered for more dates in 2026

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a behavioral health inpatient setting
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of brand and generic medications
• Perform order entry with training provided
• Utilize site automation systems, specifically OmniCell, with training available
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Pharmacy Technician license required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification mandatory
• Prior pharmacy technician experience, preferably within hospital or inpatient settings
• Familiarity with OmniCell automation system is a strong plus but training available
• Local candidates preferred
