A Behavioral Health facility in Arvada, CO is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for per diem coverage through the end of December, with opportunities for additional shifts into 2026. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in pharmacy operations and brand/generic medication knowledge who are available for flexible scheduling.

Shift Hours:

November 24, 25: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
One additional week in December TBD
Open availability for coverage in 2026 encouraged

Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately in a Behavioral Health inpatient setting
Utilize pharmacy automation systems including OmniCell (training provided)
Perform order entry tasks with training provided
Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy protocols
Maintain knowledge of brand and generic medications to support inpatient care

Qualifications:

Current Colorado Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
Proven pharmacy technician experience, preferably in hospital or inpatient settings
Familiarity with OmniCell automation is a plus, but training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Local candidates only
