Mail Order Home Care Pharmacy Technician | Avon, Indiana
Provide your expertise as a Pharmacy Technician and Program Success Coordinator within a closed-door mail order pharmacy environment. This Contract to Direct Hire opportunity involves a dynamic role centered on program success, client relationship management, and patient care coordination. Start full-time onsite and transition to a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote, Monday through Friday within typical business hours (8:00 AM 6:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-level clients, including employer groups, providers, account managers, and internal pharmacy leadership.
- Maintain constant communication with the pharmacy team and account management to ensure all stakeholders are updated on changes affecting patient care.
- Act as a liaison resolving client inquiries and issues promptly while managing day-to-day client communications.
- Collaborate directly with pharmacy teams and clients to deliver timely and efficient patient care.
- Utilize knowledge of dispensing systems and adjudication with coupons to enhance client experience by providing optimal discounts.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program Success Management or Customer Service in a pharmacy setting.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated independence, motivation, and strong organizational skills.
- Solid background using Excel and Word with attention to detail.
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, adjudication processes, and customer service excellence.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (e.g., 8:00 AM4:30 PM, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, or 8:00 AM6:00 PM)

- Avon, Indiana (initial onsite work with hybrid flexibility following transition)
